We are feeding a lot if fodder beet to cattle chopping it in half with root bucket. The worst is when they chew it down to the size of a spud then lift there heads up rolling it around in there mouths and trying to swallow it whole. Its just a risk were taking don't really know how you can stop them doing this. Its hell of a good feed tho.
