Burglar Alarm Remote Monitoring Services - Recommend?

Hi we have a monitored burglar alarm but I'm not happy with the company providing the monitoring service. Not looking to replace the alarm system. Any you'd particularly recommend? Lancashire/Greater Manchester ideally. Thanks

Not something that I have had a need to be involved with for at least 18-months, but the one I would usually recommend (in my other, main, line of work) is Banhams - though they are not the cheapest, they are very good (or were last time I had dealings with them).
