They were always hand built as they were too big for the line at Basildon.Saw that they've moved the T7HD to Austria. Why?

Yes and no. It’s 115 EEC horsepower which is the raw engine running on a bench with the cooling system run externally. So not 8210 type 115hp.Could have sworn Google told me Turkey. Googled it again today.........no mention of Turkey. Oh well.
It is 115hp is it ? Starting to doubt everything I Google.
They go down the line in Austria? Suppose Basildon was built for making ford 4000s and such but st valentin won't be much newer. They were always hand built as they were too big for the line at Basildon.
Don’t know. St Valentin is more of a craft shop anyway. They’ve never built anywhere near the volume of Basildon. They go down the line in Austria? Suppose Basildon was built for making ford 4000s and such but st valentin won't be much newer.
According to the brochure it is rated at 117hp and its peak power is also 117hp. Its torque and torque curve and rise look impressive and far superior to the old 110hp and relatively massive Ford 8210 which barely managed more than 400Nm whereas this makes 500Nm at impressively low revs. It has a torque rise in excess of 40% compared to less than 20% on the old 8210.Could have sworn Google told me Turkey. Youve already cornered that marketBuy 3 £20k 8340's and never change an implement again.
T6 and T7 SWB and LWB only made in Basildon. T7 HD now made in St Val Austria. The T5 DCT, EC and AC are made in Jesi Italy. TD5 and T5 Utility and T4 made in TurkeyT5 are indeed made Jesi, Italy but I think this is the bigger chassis with the descendant of series 40 Electroshift, made at Basildon. However I am certainly not a current model NH expert and you may well be correct about the offer model’s origin. I didn’t think they reached to 110/120hp with powershift from Jesi but it is possible.
Finding a 3rd one for sensible money now is unlikely.Youve already cornered that market
You’ve confirmed what I thought when I worked as a student on a farm with two 8210s, that they can hardly pull the skin off a rice pudding!According to the brochure it is rated at 117hp and its peak power is also 117hp. I bet it would run rings around an 8210 with the same implement attached notwithstanding its 3.6 litre four cylinder verses the old naturally aspirated 6.6 litre that was Fond Of Red Diesel..
So just for comparrison does any1 know roughly how much a 5713m global range massey with dyna4 would cost as it would be relatively comparable model?
Hadnt noticed thatThat`s not a Dyna 4 though!
Perhaps closer to the utility end of the market than the OP's New Holland? So the massey is cheaper then

The steyr family were quite fond of a bit of forced slave labour. From my NH days I was always told that whilst Basildon has always been a Tractor factory and started with the Ford 4000 etc, the St Valentin factory started life building Tanks in WW2!
So a T7HD should be well within it's capabilities!
How dare youYou’ve confirmed what I thought when I worked as a student on a farm with two 8210s, that they can hardly pull the skin off a rice pudding!
Not sure really. They had a separate line at Basildon.Saw that they've moved the T7HD to Austria. Why?
Sensible money is tricky but my Mrs couldn't tell my 7840s apart, as long as I never parked them together I was alright.Finding a 3rd one for sensible money now is unlikely.
It's the follow on costs that add up quickly (divorce)
