This chap used to harp on about air fryers cooking all sorts of crap, but he got ill last year and now has embraced the carnivore diet.

He does go on a bit, but it's a really good message for the livestock industry.

There is an ever growing shift towards a carnivore diet.
Lots of other YouTube videos promoting it.
One that particularly interests me is Dr Ken Berry and his Proper Human Diet.

More importantly there is a guy called Dr Eric Westman who is constantly questioning it, but seems to find plenty of evidence that it and Keto diets work and are safe.

I was pre-diabetic and cured myself by going on it. My GP’s were shocked that I had been able to do so, but told me not to stop!

What shocked me, but became obvious was the massive link between Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

There is also a guy called Kent Carnivore on YouTube who lost his Colon and has to use a Colomasty bag, who reckons that had he have been on Carnivore, he would still have his Colon.
But more importantly since having his bag, he can now see what food cause his gut so many problems and those that don’t cause it any problems. That is why he went Carnivore.

Sean Baker also covers it on Youtube from the medical science angle though he has a big business interest in it now.

Have probably said elsewhere on here but if you look at the human digestive system, it's much closer to that of a carnivorous animal than to that of a herbivore.
