Buying the Milk Production Machines.

Hello everyone, I am new here and this is my first thread.

I want to start a new dairy farm in a specific area of London and wants to set up a chain of a number of milk products manufacturing like cheese, packaged milk, butter, Indian khoya etc. Basically, I want to set up a full chain from milk production to milk products packaging. For this, I need machines and equipment so that I can produce high-quality milk products with international quality standards.

I get a suggestion from a number of companies and countries to buy these machines but I am impressed by some Indian companies. Is anyone here that can help me to buy the better machines?

Yes there is, you.
I would advise you to learn the dairy industry first , it seems to me that you are starting from a blank sheet shall we say.

Tetra Pak is for multi million turnover businesses. We looked into this and were way too small.

I think the op needs to start with some know figure. Litres of milk would be a start.
