Calf cough- vaccination?

Hello, I have a big problem with calfs.
They are on the field, eating a good grass and every morning I give them a mixture of grains and some minerals.
But the problem is that many of them cough all the time. And they get weaker and weaker.
I threated them a few with Alamycin LA 200mg/ml and with Nifencol. But there is no progress.

Do I threat them wrong? How to vaccinate them?
The medicines I have and what I can give to them are:
Alamycin LA 200mg/ml
Nifencol
Tolfine 4%
Loxicom
Pen & Strep
Multivitamin (norbrook)
Betamox LA 150mg/ml
Marfloxin

I really need help asap!

No, they're bought from some different farms.
I know it can also be a cause of that.
But how to help/heal?

It’s not ideal buying them in from everywhere, can you find out what you wormed them with? Was it an ivermectin? I’d be worrying about bvd

It was levacide 75mg/ml.

How long ago? I would be thinking lungworm.

But really, you need to call the vet if you don't know what is wrong with them, rather than throw more antibiotics at the problem.
