Calves scouring

I have a batch of calves about 3 month of have started scouting not all of but almost half they were moved into a new field about a week ago they all look happy enough and still all sucking but have dirty backends the scour is a cream white colour not seen any blood in any but a bit of jelly like in a couple I did ring the vet but they never called back today as I thought take a dung sample in any ideas ?

Just got the scours going through them by the looks, bale of straw in a feeder to pick at and access to water and it will pass through.

Straw all gone but nice dry haylage or hay and I forgot the field they have gone into had fert 15 days beforehand if that makes any difference

Dry haylage will do the same job , doubt the fert has caused it with all the rain we have had.

get some scouring like that every year. usually just leave them to get better on their own. I just make sure to check every one closely every day to make sure one isn't hanging back dehydrated. 95% of them get better on their own

Just In from jabbing them with noradine had a dung sample tested for coci and very low count
