Cheapest easiest route get yourself to a farm sale buy a set of rolls and either swop them onto your rollers or keep them and then flog the set without paddles for the premium they make with paddles over a plain set you wouldn’t even buy the tines let alone the hydraulics or steelwork
 
I haven't done it but was thinking of hacking up a set of non folders into a 3.5 or 4 m rigid set. On the link arms for depth, transport wheels at the back so when you lift right up the roller is off the ground. Was thinking of altering the aggressiveness of the paddles with turnbuckles or mini toplinks. If I ever get round to it is another matter!

You'll want rams on the paddles as they need altering in different soil types a lot
