Camping/glaming license needed?

Just a very quick question...

If you are having camping/glamping in a field to be used by a wedding venue, do you need a license or planning for change of use?

It would be 6 or so times a year (possibly more) for long weekends but likely to be set up on Weds/Thurs and taken down on Mon/Tues (depending on bank holidays).

Same site and area used each time, no facilities other than hired in portaloos ( as requred for the weddings).

A JFDI won't work as venue is heavily advertised with a lot of social media presence and campsite is fully visable from a busy road. Therefore needs to be done 100% by the book.

Thoughts would be much appreciated! TIA
