Campyvax vaccine

Two years ago we faced a horrendous Campylobacter abortion storm and lost a lot of lambs. I decided to vaccinate which means importing the vaccine from New Zealand. I've been quoted just over £1 per dose which sounds viable. A few questions:

Is anyone else considering buying Campyvax?
Anyone with experience of using it?
Can it be given at the same time as Toxovax?
Is it a subcutaneous or intramuscular injection?
I understand new sheep need two doses 4-8 weeks apart with the second done pre-mating. Thereafter an anuual booster with most NZ farmers only giving ewes 3 doses in their lifetime (ie: for first two years). Is it best done sooner rather than later or ensure booster is given just prior to mating?
How effective is the vacccine and are there any side effects (ie abscesses/ lumps similar to Footvax vaccine).
Where do you inject sheep?

I've been using it for a couple of years. Yes, it can be given at the same time as Toxovax, or I can't see why not anyway. It's a killed vaccine, not live, which would be the only reason it could cause any issues with other live vaccines IMO.
Dose is 1ml sc, twice, 4-8 weeks apart, with the last dose being before the rams go in (although I seem to remember reading that you can give it to pregnant sheep without problem). I've always given it close to tupping (as ewe lambs and shearlings), so that the antibody levels will be highest through pregnancy, rather than having waned at all.
I've never seen a lump or abscess at an injection site.

Does it work? Well, I haven't seen any lambs slipped since that I thought might be Campy, but then it always comes in spits & spats anyway, seeing nothing for several years, then getting a storm. What I have noticed though, is that I don't get any empty ewe lambs at the end of lambing any more. If they are scanned in-lamb, they lamb (sometimes dead obviously), but none reabsorbed/lost without seeing anything.

Inject wherever you would normally jab a sc vaccine.
