Can farm workers move?

Someone i know asked me this morning during our typical morning gossip if he has employed a Herdsman, and if we do go into lock down can his herdsman move to his farm?
I think he could do this as he is classed as a professional front line worker as in agri sector....
Herdsman is healthy and no issues with his family either as has been in isolation on another farm till now and they are all OK there too...
Any ideas?

Cool stuff, I wasn't sure what to say as so many conflicting ideas and stories going around right now... Thanks for some clarity, I know he was able to move but I wasn't sure about his family (wife) etc as she doesn't work on farms at all.... Obv would be living with him etc

In terms of completing house purchases and moving in. Any done today is ok, after today has to stop
