And if they say it does we should insist that all BMWs have to have a badge on them that says I am a prat if they want to sell them here
it would be just as sensible

This will be the opportunity to get the rules changed, and red tape slashed, but that would mean many pointless jobs going so itl probably stay the same

Not much chance of a mass burning of red tape of any sort once its in its in place its pretty much here to stay as i see it , no one in goverment has the balls to say scrap anything for fear of having to be accountable

I have some LGV cpc training booked and was discussing this with an truck driver today , the CPC training is to have 5 days training in by the driver card renewal date not now, as we are up to date , but I recon its easier to do a day a year rather then 5 in one week the renewal is not for 3 years , so post brexit so should i cancel it ?as its EU rules not uk !

I think probably not Dept of transport will no doubt think driver qualifications are a great idea and should be kept , im never likly to drive and lgv i europe but I supect like lots of the eu crap we will be left with it regardless of our eu membership

You'll have to produce to the standard no?
Hedge cutting rules have nothing to do with the EU for goodness' sake. Next thing people will blame the EU for not being able to kill badgers. The environmentalists are a powerful group in the UK. If anybody thinks that anything is going to relax when it comes to the environment, then I have a bridge to sell you.

OH REALLY
http://www.nfuonline.com/archived-c...v-2015/hedge-cutting-know-the-rules-for-2015/

Its EU cash so an EU rule, fair enough the walking boot wearing, ski trouser donning, walking poles prodding, map around the neck, bum bag wearing, part time worker full time jerker fought for the rule, but the gov will have to reform the SFP rules etc so it will give us way to be realistic with the rules. If only we had a huge organisation to back or thoughts and needs.....
