Can't enter SF code into 4600 screen.

I'm having trouble entering the SF3 activation code into the receiver via the 4600 screen. In the help menu for Activations there's an Enter tab but pressing it doesn't pull up the 3 boxes required to enter the code. In fact, it doesn’t do anything at all. The tractor is 1 year old & came with 1 year's SF3 as part of the deal.

Any ideas @CPP ?

You need to go into the starfire page
Activations
Then enter code

You should find the starfire tab
In the application menu

Tried that too. An uneven number of digits meant the 3 parts got a few numbers moved across & it wouldn’t accept it.

The dealer’s AMS expert came out to look at and couldn’t figure it out either! We took the receiver off and put it on another tractor with a 2600 screen to enter the code successfully. The 4600 screen is awaiting 2 major software updates that should have gone on automatically over the air but haven’t so he is coming back with them loaded onto his laptop next week. At least I’ve got SF3 now.
