Hi, I have a Case 4210 2wd Tractor. When the Tractors warms up the Steering becomes very heavy. When the Tractor is cold the Steering works fine. I have fitted a new Filter in the back end and a new Spool in the Priority Control Valve but the problem remains. The Oil level in the Back end is full. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I could try next. Thank you.

Do all the hydraulics slow down when it is warm , if it tips a trailer on tickover when cold but you have to rev engine when it’s warm it sounds like the hyd pump , you could do with a pressure gauge plugged in to the rear coupling for the spool valve and compare the pressure when cold and when warm
