Case 5130 maxxum cab removal

Hi I need to remove the cab of my case 5130 and I just wanted some tips or important steps I need to make before I remove the cab. I have removed the seat, wiring at the front of the cab, panels on the right hand side of the cab with the levers and gear sticks and the floor matting.
Really would appreciate any advice or information.

Lifted a few off for a mate, side windows out & a strap was his way of lifting them, sorry no help with the rest of it.
