I had an electrical fault with our one but it tended to default to low TA intermittently. No slippage when left in low. The shift to high was positive but it would not stay there consistently. The op sounds like slippage on over run?

I not sure it is the TA, as it would still drive in low on the sprag clutch, an electric fault would not cut the drive on this model of tractor,
My guess it a locking stud on a selector fork has come out, allowing the fork to move the gear into neutral, yet enough moving the gear stick to another gear will reset its self with the synro cone, and enough grip to put it back into gear, yet vibration will shake it out , this tends to happen more in one plain, ie, going up or down hill,

To test it, have engine stopped, on level ground, press clutch in , and select different gears, see if they all feel the same, compared the one jumping out with others that are fine, see if there is a difference,
Failing that gearbox top off and inspect the rails and forks,
Think if you remove the carpet mat in cab floor, there will be a plate to remove, and then can get to gearbox top,
