Case farmall 65a 4WD problem

Hello, i have a problem with my case 65a, the 4wd does't disengage, the light is on despite the button is o the off position. Any ideas of what it could be ?

Is ur brake lights constantly on or the hand brake dash warning light on?

Is ur brake lights constantly on or the hand brake dash warning light on?

When the tractor is running there is no lights on, only the 4wd light.
Only when i press the brakes the brake lights go on.
