How I can adjust the speed of dashboard from case 4240

It's probably 20 years since I done one but you've got to put the constants into the display.
You either press & hold both buttons, turn key on, or turn key on & press plus hold buttons.
Anyway, it's easy enough to do if you've got the instructions to follow.
I'm sure it's in the op manual.

I don't have the manual and I can't find it nowhere

Are you talking speed as in MPH / KPH
or speed as in relative to tyre size.
i think the latter requires earthing the dash where as the former is a combination turning on ignition and doing certain ops,
