When putting sockets into the ground in existing concrete, do you set them slightly lower than level ground.

I’ve got some to do and just wanted to know how to position them for when the shed gets cleaned out with a bucket.

When putting sockets into the ground in existing concrete, do you set them slightly lower than level ground.

I’ve got some to do and just wanted to know how to position them for when the shed gets cleaned out with a bucket.
Slightly lower with space to fit a cap on and still be below level.
Something like a 5"x5" square of metal welded (internally) to a short length of 4" box works well. Just enough edge to get a little bar under to lift off.
