Cattle theft

After seeing multiple posts on FB and TFF about sheep being stolen/slaughtered in the field i wondered if anyone has had this happen with cattle?

Daily occurance in ireland. Far easier things to steal and move on now than cattle unless the slaughterhouse is involved.

I thought you were going to mention auctions and getting some of your scales as it is a weekly occurrence!

The reason for asking is there anyway way to keep track of cattle especially if they're stolen
