Chafer Guardian spool block

Seems to be a problem with the spool block? Put oil flow into work and sometimes can only get up to 2 Bar. Stop oil flow and put back into flow and back up to 5 Bar. What is the problem please?

I have tried swapping tractors but that didn’t help.

Sounds like you’ve got something stuck somewhere. Perhaps a seal has split and got wedged blocking the oil flow through a port.
