Challenger MT645D Radio harness plug?

I bought a tractor and there was no radio in it. Dealer not much help. There are 2 connections and the antenna plug up there. I'll add a photo. Will these plug right into a radio or do I need another harness adapter? It looks like the little white plugs need to be pulled out then it can be used. What do you think? Anyone have a link to the right ISO plug radio? or adapter? I have new info, X416 is the power plug and X417 speaker, and that It's missing an adapter piece. Anyone have a #? source for adapter?

I replaced the radio in our old one with a DAB radio and I’m sure it plugged straight in and I added an aerial. If you have the radio controls on the steering wheel they won’t work.

Could be the way I'm looking at it, but to me they look like joiners that have had the radio side wires removed? ?
