Great charities, not so sure about the mode of transport though.

All that way on tracks 🫣 or are the modern tracks as comfortable as tyres thesedays? I know I wouldn’t go more than 5 miles in my old challenger let alone the other end of the country!

Feel the pain to make the gain.

Well I wish them well on their challenge and am sure they will succeed and raise a suitable sum for their charity's.

Hope to be there to wave them off.

Some roads groups don't sound to happy about it, but I think will be less disruption than 500 arrogant cyclist's in one day. That's an annual event.

There’s a Grey Fergie leaving the same day to do it too. Can’t say I’m terribly appreciative of either but at least they’ve picked a day of rest for the first leg.

There will be long tailbacks, there will be people delayed and there will be some who suffer as a result. Hopefully it won’t tip anyone over the edge and cause the very thing they’re trying to prevent.

Good luck to them, it’s for a good cause, just hope it doesn’t cause too much disruption

Pyketts did it a few years back in a fendt 936, 21 hours, 46 minutes iirc on one tank of fuel, don’t think they’ll better that.
Been done in so many ways, dont usually take any notice of them, except "Speedo wearing in the snow" and the nude cyclists. Missed them both.
As they wont be on motorways some of you may have them passing close by.

3.49m wide. Roads up here not wide enough to give cyclists 1.5m clearance either passing or meeting. Expect a lot of greeting cyclists.
But who cares. Its a Combines so its big.
Maybe some of the local boys could turn out and get a convoy of Combines at different bits on the way.
Now half a dozen combines in convoy, even a dozen. That would be a sight.
