For the love of god please can you sort your website out! How you can continue to keep that live is beyond me! I know it’s been said before and earlier on in this thread, but I’m guessing you need reminding cause you haven’t addressed it yet. The old one was fine what on earth were you thinking

What’s wrong with it fairly straight forward to me?

Have you ever tried looking for reserve prices on unsold lots? On the old and the new site?

I agree the old one was straightforward and worked with some logic the new one either doesn’t work and is so complicated. One of those instances that shouts of if it isn’t broken don’t fix it, as the new one I can’t see does anymore than the old one but in fact it does less.

Same hear, they email me about a auction then I log on and then get lost trying to open the catalogue , frustrating doesn't quite cover it.

Hi James, the catalogue for the 28/2 sale is now available on the website, or paper copies can be posted to you if you give us a call in the office on 01353 777767 opt. 2 - we do try to get catalogues out as soon as possible - if you have any queries before the catalogues do become available please contact the team in the office.
