anybody using circle ( rebranded moddus) on osr ? And if so what price / litre . Just been discussing it today with agronomist and at £39/ l at 500ml / ha I ain't so sure ??

I have a rec for Caryx (metaconazole). I suspect crop will be well over knee high by now - had rec for over 2 week . My price per hectare is higher. Hey ho, nobody wins if it flat on the deck.

Is it just rebranded moddus? Ive had to send modus back to get genuine Circle as apparently the formulation is different. Ones an emulsifiable concentrate and the other a micro emulsion(?) and the moddus will scorch my OSR?

Would that be the same company that sells Alitrin evo which comes in a syngenta bottle and is made by syngenta but is sold for 2 and a half times the cost of modus!!!!!

I am pretty sure this is all correct.

Moddus was cloned by Life Scientific and their product is called Sudo Mor. Also can't be used on OSR - https://secure.pesticides.gov.uk/pe...sp?productid=37143&pageno=1&origin=prodsearch. Just like the Trinexis on Farm Marketplace.

Moddus ME (ME stand for micro emulsion) - 17179 - can be used on OSR though - https://secure.pesticides.gov.uk/pe...sp?productid=28384&pageno=1&origin=prodsearch

Circle does look to be the same as Moddus ME - but branded differently.

Reading the label is what made me nervous as i hadn’t used it as a PGR before. So is the consensus it’s perfectly safe in that format but obviously just not cleared for use? I’ve had it swapped anyhow. My special distributed hasn’t been hinted at yet...
