CIVICA - Covid 19 protocol assessment "on behalf of HSE" - legit or spoof?

Had a voicemail message left today from an outfit called CIVICA wanting to conduct a "Covid 19 precaution assessment on behalf of the HSE" - and left what googles as a legit contact number and a name to call them back?

Googling CIVICA they seem to be a software outfit that 'supports public agencies'

I think it's like the wall planner and calendar companies that used to ring saying "we're ringing on behalf of the fire brigade" or "ringing on behalf of the police" to try and get the gullible to advertise. Maybe this is market research?

I'm interested though in this one, sounds polite and well spoken. I won't ring back, has anyone else had a call from them?

Had a spam HSE covid email stating we would get inspected in 2 days time. Trying to get us to click on a dodgy link to 'guidance'

We had an unannounced HSE visit, last Monday. The lady Inspector said that the visit was concerned only with Covid compliance in the workplace. She was only interested in the meat processing business that we run here alongside the farming enterprise.
