claas belt baler

been asked to look at a claas belt baler. not sure of model but variant rings a bell. are they endless belts or joined? can they be repaired or will it need to be replaced? can i just fit one new one or will the others be stretched? any tips on doing the job. tia

They are joined belts. Use a similar system to an alligator for joining them. They can be joined as required. You can just fit one, there may be some stretch but it shouldn’t be a huge amount, if it is you may need to trim them all to the same length.
