Claas disco 250

Done a module , but found the two studs above the idlers are spinning, any one had any success with fixing them , do not want to split the bar! Also when reassembling the module they have an o ring , but is using a silicone gasket goo around flange required as well?

If you can hold the stud with long nose pliers or similar and get a nut to start on an impact gun will wizz them up usually.

Tried that no luck , tried Loctight too , ended up cutting a slot to hold with screw driver and tightening with spanner. Had to oxy the nuts off to remove the module!
