Got a CLAAS scorpion 7030 and the drive is slow to take up.. someone did mention that there is an adjustment on the pump or motor somewhere does anyone k is how to check and adjust this ..

Morning thanks for the reply.. I would say a few hundred revs.. I hadn’t thought of the speed sensor.. are they adjustable sensors or normally faulty..

They can go faulty and not pick up speed it's on the left hand side of bell housing it's held in with one bolt you can take it out and check there's no rust on it.

They normaly take a bit of reving to get to move is this something that has got worse?

They can be adjusted slightly on a laptop to make them pull off a bit quicker

Hi been trying the scorpion today but seems like the fault isn’t as was described to me... when going along the road you can feel
The machine sometimes slow down!! And when pulling away it feels sluggish to pick up speed and can’t feel the second gear kick up although top speed is still achieved.. any thoughts.. king regards Jon

As long as it's nothing stupid like boost pipe sounds like the g/box is on the way out when it's building up speed is the engine reving up or sitting at 2100

Morning thanks for your assistants the chap has used it and monitored the fault and it drops into low gear and error code 335 comes up..!!

I’ve a 6030 here keeps getting stuck what feels like high gear once it’s warm, can’t feel a change when changing between the two, slow at setting off but never revs over 2100 so no trans slipping.
