Claas Tucano agitator tine issue

Tucano 440 has an issue with one of the guides on the agitator tine is jumping left and right on the shaft, as circled in the picture. Certainly doesn't sound right. On inspection I can't see anything wrong with it, however it is only this one doing it.
Anyone seen this before?
