Advice please.. how do we square the circle in relation to seeking to meet both GPDO and BRegs.

we have an old oak framed agricultural building approx 80m2 which is clad with timber and tin roof covering. It has a concrete floor but no insulation and dpm. The building is unlikely to be on footings but been in situ for many many years. It is a single storey.

For Class Q to be permitted the building must be suitable for conversion without any structural alterations. If you can provide a structural report outlining it's suitability as part of your application you will not only tick that box but also have a head start on how to satisfy building regs.
