I use a bolt and lock nut on the baler drawbar as well after losing lynch pins. Use them to hold the 3 point linkage arms on the topper as well found they would come out when cutting rushes and you'd have to drag it out with one arm off so you can try and get it back onWhen I put one in it gets pulled out by the row of grass. tie a plastic bag round tractor drawbar, it helps push swath down and lies between straw and botom of drawbar pin.I use a linch pin and then a cable tie to strap the ring to the pin. Haven’t lost one since
