Cleaning bowser containing waxed fuel

My 1000 l bowser has a small quantity of waxed fuel in it. That should not be a problem, I think it will pump out with the filter element removed. Not sure what to do next though, I don't want to be contaminating any more fuel so assume I need to clean it out. Is there a product I should be using or do I just flush more diesel through? Any thoughts welcome.

Can't beat a hot steam cleaner if you have a big enough lid.

Not really, only way in is the fill port at the rear which is only 100mm.

Also bunded so no drain plug .
