Is it a problem putting crovect/clik/clikzin on ewes to prevent fly strike on ewes if the rams have just been entered or are a few days off entry? Will it put the rams off etc?

I don’t think it would put the ram off his work, for the first wee while at least, but would you want your willie near the stuff??
If i’d waited 340 days it wouldn’t bother me :ROFLMAO: Tails are spotless so wouldn’t be done, a stripe from the shoulders down the spine is all is needed.

Clik/Clikzin will still spread over the whole body, from a stripe on the spine.

I wouldn't be Concerned, if they need doing (it really is a different world down there!). I’ve done freshly shorn Charollais ewes a week pre-tupping in July before now, without a second thought. Fly strike will do them more harm.
