One of my grazing paddocks the clovers gone? no sign of it, yet last year there was quite a lot of the small ground hugging type, whats the reason ? is it to do with the weather ? paddocks are grazed hard by suckler cows and rotated round not much fertilizer applied, plenty of muck spread, grass harrowed to spread muck, anyway have overseeded some grassclover mix and harrowed twice because the rain has come ? down here in the south of essex its been quite dry these past few weeks maybe thats alot to do with it?

What are your pH levels like? Clover will soon disappear as the pH declines. Thankfully, if there was plenty there, liming will allow the seed bank to replace the lost clover.
