Combi Clamp scam

i suspect I've fallen victim to a scam buying a Combi Clamp off a Facebook marketplace group. It's never appeared when it was suppost to and now can't get the "Courier" on the phone it goes straight to Voicemail. Do I just have to put this down to experience or what else can I do about it?

It’s a crime report it, always take screen grabs of adverts and any info you get, phone numbers, emails, bank accounts etc
