indeed I don't have a clue and I sympathise your production cycles are long ( they are long in arable as well however)

What I do understand is there is no one forcing anyone to farm and farming knowing you will loose money is crazy and expecting tax payers to fund unprofitable business is not realistic


IF you can't make it profitable / worth the risk then go do something else is the bottom line here
Don't disagree, but there's an inequality if we get no sub, but our EU competitors do. Think Eire vs UK beef, all ending up on same Tesco shelf.

Doesnt look like any boats will be leaving ports in odessa this week after being hopefull last week of getting the first shipments on the move at the end if this week. Not one of the odessa ports/terminals has any expected arrivals on its loading list.
