I started selling May 23 on 19/5/22 when the price was £338.

And they say food and energy prices are high. Ill expect to see teachers striking for a paycut this time next year then to reflect falling prices.....

I've been watching this guy on you tube. Interesting channel showing the chems he's using on his osr. I personally don't like using any inceticdeds. Haven't used any this year (fingers crossed I'm not plagued with BYDV). I stopped growing OSR because of beetle damage etc. However having spent 4 hours with the red tractor yesterday (passed) it's a joke we import OSR that has been sprayed with banned insecticides.

You can spray chlorpyrifos on OSR for CSFB in the UK if you want-it wouldn't work anyway, they are resistant.

Think even that has been stopped now, pretty sure it’s just pyrethroid sprays now, however I’m sure you could use it for that after the field spray was stopped.

I can assure you I am not. There was/is resistance to OPs in some insect species before it was banned. I bet it wouldn't kill CSFB. The smell might put them off until Monday though.
