Frontier/cargill don’t give a crap about Uk farmers. I don’t listen to a word they say. I believe they have brought danish wheat for delivery in the east coast for harvest.
Our local rep, is brilliant, not that I do that much business with him, he is very much on the side of his farmers and has probably helped a lot out of sticky situations (maybe at a cost 🤔 I don't know?) but even if so, it's better than the alternative.
Although I don't do a lot of business with them, he always has time for a chat and happy to quote when I ask.

Don’t get me wrong. I’ve had a 20 year farming relationship with my Fronteir rep. and We both agree agriculture in this country is in regression.

Did a test on mine that's saved from harvest 22. 100% germinated and grew to 6" high until I stopped watering it!

On tissue.

Edit;
I did plant it last year as well.
Just curious when you said you’d got 100% germination as I usually just put it on tissue paper, but the lad that works for us took some home and don’t think he realise that’s what I do and he planted it in some soil and got a better germination than I did
