I hope you're going to declare to the inspector that your mass balance calculation wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
Done.

rightly or wrongly we have done a couple of loads at £246 - just spreading our risk a bit. If it all crashes as quickly as it rrose, we might find ourselves wishing we had sold a bit. Also did a couple of loads of barley at £213 off the combine.

300 feed wheat June to local feed mills
286 barley

nov feed wheat 240
At 240 U.K. will be exporting a lot of grain out of the south

if peace breaks out then 240 will look good

If grain cannot get out of the Black Sea then 240 will be the low

for feed wheat the us maize price is the price setter

the ethanol plants may use U.K. wheat but also use imported maize and wheat but they do produce feed for livestock 50% of the tonnage going in comes out as coproduction feed if they import 50%of their grain they do not take any tonnage out of the feed market
Do you happen to know if that coproduct is classed as a byproduct or a waste product. Draff and potale coming out of the distillery’s is classed as waste product which means it can go into the AD plants and meet their waste product targets .

csnt see peace making a lot of difference now , Ukraine is nearing planting season , won’t be any kind of fuel floating about for farming unless in the tanks already , the other point is I can’t see Russia pulling out any time soon , the git has made his bed and it’s going to take someone throwing him down the stairs one night to change what’s going on.

the sanctions won't last long, certain countries will find a way around them, they will have very little choice, the amounts of fossil fuels they need, can pretty well only come from Russia, in the short term. Longer term might might make a difference, not sure. Not sure l can even see renewables, producing enough, for a long long time.
