Yes, Or prepared to lock off against wheat futures, taking a punt on the discount vs wheat. Or simply wants to sell to take a position.
Always try and give a price, they might not like it but atleast try to make a market.

C B
But isnt that the point, there cant be anyone wishing to take a position, hence why full of bulls cant buy??

We should set up some private trading company that pays farmers a large figure for spraying half their crops off, they then get paid off the back of the massive price rise on futures and everyone is happy and the world isn’t awash with under valued commodities!!!

I know I’m day dreaming, but a USA farmer said last spring that if every farmer sprayed off 20% the price rise would more than make up for it, we get the added bonus of a dumb government already paying us not to grow food

Does the little spike for April suggest users aren't as well covered as previously claimed?

Funny you should say that.

Our local mill rang us today to see if we wanted to move/sell them some wheat for April........ We are quite likely their smallest supplier! We NEVER get calls from them, always have to chase them.
£162 feed wheat delivered April.
We declined.
