Tidy. How do you get on with it behind the gator? My mate had a demo of the Polaris when I was up helping him scanning a couple years ago - we both had a go with it on his snacker and neither of us felt you could see what the snacker was doing. I guess it's ok if it doesn't bridge, just keep going

He bought a Swale snacker a month back with the big wheels on it. It's a really smart thing

I haven't had any problem do far wi it, the nudge bars help keep the sheep away from the wheels.
Its electric drop wi the control box in the cab, the only problem i had was when the dog hit the switch and I hadn't noticed :rolleyes: by the time I'd got to the field the full hopper was bloody empty:facepalm:.
Ive put a kill switch on it now so both switches have to on for it to work (y). They had a good feed that day that group 400kgs worth, there was enough to feed 4 groups for 3 days in it🤣🤣

Thank you all for continuing and contributing to this thread coz with all you guys it would of died along time ago. Thanks for all the replies and banter and with all that's going on around us its surely needed. I hope this coming new year will be betterfor everyone, lets hope.

Im sure there'll be lots more to come as lambing gets closer and the ewes start to come in in readiness. All still out as of yet and hope the weather hold off long to keep um out, scanning next job sometime next month so hopefully be a better scan, but what will be will be as they say.
So lots more to come and hope you'll all stay around for the ride guys. I've enjoyed posting on the life at gator towers and all the banter and hope everyone is still interested, with out you jokers it wouldnt of been much fun.

Once again guys un dolls thank you all and have a very merry Christmas and a happy and piecefull New year.

had this lot this morning, been a right sh1tter to get round everything today, bloody wet stuff as well, if it freezes tonight be bloody lethal tomorrow!! Was gonna get ewes in today for lambing but snow fecked that job up, have to see what happens in the morn
