Can anyone point me in the right direction for good commercial Lleyns? Looking for 3-400 good shearlings or strong ewe lambs ideally off farm.

Try candys in wiltshire 1000 breeding ewes.

It's tough to find such numbers of decent stock. Beverly and Terry Fort have a flock of 1200, in Yorkshire. Richard Evans has a big flock too, in Norfolk.

Got to ask this...What's the difference between commercial Llyens and normal Lleyns.?
Commercials don't slavishly follow the breed standards. Peregrines are pure not pedigree and he is closely monitoring them. Things that don't make his exacting standards get binned.

Nothing surely, it's the same thing. All sheep should work for their living. I always think on commercial stock as being the offspring of a "pure" or "pedigree " starting point, but really all that matters is that stock work for you however they're bred.

If you are not interested in pure bred pedigree animals I would buy a couple of good performance recorded tups and grade up from your existing flock, keeping any ewe lambs born unassisted as twins. Then cull any with problems and after 2 generations you will have a flock better than anything you are likely to buy.

Registered Lleyns must be examined before being sold at Lleyn sales... if they don't meet the inspectors criteria of what a Lleyn should be, you can't sell them at their sales.
'Commercial' Lleyns are those bred, without the shackles of visual breed conformity which the society expects. Or that's how I view it...
