As a special bonus (doesn't seem that special to an England fan) the Welsh and Scottish winners will both receive signed jerseys.

I think its more aimed at people who are already buying the product! That said you are almost guaranteed the Wales one, who else would even care?

I take it you mean the old school cotton ones and not the new synthetic "nothing to grab" ones?

Macron seem to be the 'in' maker of rugby shirts currently... They offer cotton 'supporters' versions of most current club/country shirts they make/offer.

The synthetic ones would be fine in the summer in place of a tshirt

Bit sweaty in the summer, I reckon.
Can't remember who made our strip, think it was Raging Bull. I've played both codes, the shirts seemed equally tight. Fine for 80 minutes but I wouldn't want to spend all day in them...

I've got the 2005 Lions shirt, it's made with "Clima-cool" technology but it's awful to wear regardless what the weather is doing...

but I've a polyester shirt made by KooGa which is supposed to moderate your body temp and it really does work - it is brilliant. I used to wear it for curling as it kept me warm when standing about but I never got sweaty when sweeping hard.

It isn't the material but the design which matters, IMO
