Concrete expansion crack filler

We’ve had a handful of expansion cracks open slightly, nothing serious but enough to give you a shock if you catch them wrong unloading stores.. Been told PU40 sealer is best to use, but only comes in small cartridges. Does anyone know where I can get a quantity from, ideally a tub etc?

Google 'Arbo'. Loads of different products to choose from. When we concrete out a shed, then cut it to stop it cracking, we then fill the cut with the grey mastic in the 600ml sausage.
