Concrete mixing on-site

We are fortunate to have a sand and gravel pit on the farm, a lot of material was extracted from years ago so I’m led to believe, but nothing recently.
Is there such a thing as a concrete mixing company that will mix the concrete on site, with them just supplying the cement?
The other option would be a pan mixer but I haven’t really got them time or inclination

Next to some of our ground is a yard that the man uses for council contracts etc he’s got a little mixer where is augers sand from a hopper mixes cement and water up with it so you can get it to the nearest 3 or 4 barrow fulls. Only a hydraulic motor drives it. Not much of a thing really

Seen a few mixers that are basically just a cement wagon with the front end cut off and a drawbar welded on... Think John Anderson had one for sale last year but it’s probably gone now

Most sand & gravel from Quarries is washed.
If there is too much rubbish in it the quality of your concrete will be poor
