Building a base for a water tank to sit on, tank is 1900mm diameter, i am laying 6" blocks on there flat to form a 6ft square base, my shed builder is confident a 6" concrete panel cut in half and layed on top will support the weight, thoughts 🤔

I put 20,000lt tank on stone, dug out 6" soil, big stone then finished with 20mm to dust mixed with a bit of cement dust, been down nearly 3 years, not moved.
This is going to be a raised base, to give more head of pressure, plus it will double as a small shed underneath the tank to store the pressure washer etc

How long is it? You may want to check the price of conc panel compared to some concrete lintels from builder merchants. We set 9 of them under a central heating tank on top of three sets of 6” blocs. Was not 5000 ltrs but it woukd only be more or longer lintels

If its cut , won't that destroy its tension / strength/ integrity?

2 or 3 rsj s might be better well Painted.with some boards or similar over them as a floor.

Some panels can only be loaded from one side as well.
We had some seconds that were destined for a multi storey car park job. They would have been floors. So whether they can take a load on the flat and how much depends on the design. We used them as cattle shed walls to be on the safe side.
The right panel will do the job and will spread the load more easily round your block wall than RSJs. As said you need to ask the manufacturer really.
