To be honest I would order them longer and cut to shape and size they will be able to put the inserts in where you need them but making them out of square will be a big deal as the divider in the bed will not be long enough and they have no way of fixing them at your chosen dimensions and all the tension wire spacing will be wrong due to it being angled

Yes.

I've a piece of yard I'm extending that's on a slope. I have dug the sloping bank up the side back. The bank is about 1m in height but over the 12m length it rises by about half a metre. I could have a step in the panels but thought that a panel that rose with the slope might be smarter long term if it was possible.

Thanks, this sounds like a sensible option.

Thinking it through again as the bank is only 1m high but rises 50cm across the total length a step in the panels would look rather silly....especially as I'm concreting the yard meeting up to it too so need a solid wall at the base.
