Just rang the vets because I still haven’t done this van number shite … they’re pretty adamant they’ve got too come out too give me one told them I’ll change vets if they wanna charge me too come out and give me one… waiting for management too ring me back

Mine only charged £50 to come and do it. Only time my sheep have ever seen a vet in 15 years.

I hope they've got more understanding management than our robbing barstewards...

...suppose that's what you get when the nearest large animal vet is 26 miles away and you try not to have to have them on the job

They wouldn't do it over the phone - insisted we had a visit and charged us accordingly

Even worse news - it only lasts a year so they'll be able to get some more money for old rope in 12 months time

Van, AntiBiotic schedule, whatever its called, went over health plan and avoiding buying in disease (Especialy Scab), and looked at a ewe with weak tendons. Over an hour on farm £110 + vAt

Looked over three batches of sheep.

They were here for blood testing in January so surely anything they needed was covered then… f**k em I’ll open an account with another vets and pay for them too come out and do it out of principle
