Yes and no, it’s a noose round the neck because everyone (in the UK) knows that if they sell that land then they have to give 40% of it to the tax man unless they roll it in to something else.

Same with let houses. If you’ve got some pension savings you can buy land and there’s no tax when you sell it

i.e if you had a 1000 punters paying £10 a month for your photos/videos, then they'd take from that 10k the princely sum of £3000 . So, if she is earning
£7000 a week, and that is after the 30% deduction. then the owners of the site have made £3000 - that week. And they get to keep their kit on!!!

Until you buy a house essentially or 60. Get interest as well probably 4.5% now. Good way of putting money aside if self employed as it’s making your money tax free to buy a house.
